Since October 2012, the whole club has moved into the two buildings of its new 6000 m2 Academy and Training Centre – one for the professionals and the administrative staff and one for the Training Centre – and two rugby pitches, including one artificial one.
Inspired by the Arsenal centre – plus bodybuilding machines -, the access to the "sanctuary", the centre and its buildings are equipped to low energy consumption standards: solar panels on the roof which produce part of the electricity used and triple-glazed windows. There's also an energy recovery system to reduce heating and air-conditioning consumption.
The facades are insulated on the outside and covered with particle board. To develop links between young players and the elite, the professional squad shares the space with youngsters from the training centre who live, study and train on site.
