Wales : Four Racingmen against the Boks

Wales : Four Racingmen against the Boks

After the heavy loss (38-16) in the first test in Durban last Saturday, Warren Gatland has resisted the temptation to make wholesale changes for the second encounter this weekend. Subsequently, Racing Metro's four Welshmen, centre Jamie Roberts, scrum-half Mike Phillips, blind-side flanker Dan Lydiate and the new recruit, lock Luke Charteris, have all retained their place in the starting fifteen to take on South Africa in Nelspruit on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).

The Welsh team features only two changes from last week, Samson Lee taking the place of Adam Jones at tight-head, and Josh Turnbull coming in for Aaron Shingler at open-side flanker.

Wales team to play South Africa :

L. Williams ; Cuthbert, J. Davies, Roberts, North ; Biggar, Phillips;  Faletau, Turnbull, Lydiate ; AW Jones (cap), Charteris ;  Lee, Owens, Jenkins.

Reserves :

Rees, James, Jarvis, Ball, Baker, G. Davies, Hook, Morgan.
